Therapeutic rehabilitation is a comprehensive and holistic approach to healing, recovery, and prevention. It involves repetitive, restorative, and supportive techniques aimed promoting healing and overall well-being.

I graduated from Saint Paul College with an AAS degree in clinical sports massage.

Throughout my studies, I have acquired a wide range of skills and modalities, including ancient Chinese medicine, techniques like cupping and Gua Sha.

Additionally, I am certified in the Hawaiian kahuna, sacred style temple, Lomi Lomi, massage, and Reiki.

My approach to healing is alternative, integrative, and holistic, aiming to improve your overall well-being by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.

As a sports, massage bodywork therapist, I strive to enhance physical and emotional well-being and empower individuals through therapeutic touch. I also specialize in injury prevention and promote overall well-being through personalized treatment plan, and a deep understanding of the human body.

My ultimate goal is to optimize the physical and mental health of each client by delivering, professional, compassionate, and client centered care. I am dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives the attention and support. They need to reach their full potential.

I use many techniques to support my clients including:

  • Functional movement assessment

  • Trigger point therapy

  • Cupping

  • Gua sha

  • Stretching

  • Deep tissue

  • Myofascial release

  • Heat and cold therapy

  • INR signature massage technique

I also use energy healing practices like Reiki and bio energy healing techniques sometimes to enhance the therapeutic benefits.

“I see my work as a collaboration between my client and myself. During a session, we will work together to identify and correct areas of imbalance.

Experience has taught me to take a whole-body perspective which means to always treat the area of concern while looking elsewhere for the underlying cause. Through my work, I hope to help my clients experience lives free from pain and discomfort.

I always begin with a thorough intake.  Each session will take on its own unique flow to address that day’s concerns. Appropriate techniques will be employed to effectively and efficiently achieve the desired results. I also offer at home suggestions to complement and further the work we do together. I work without the use of oils or lotions and clients remain clothed for their session. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, and body types.

I am a 2015 graduate of the shiatsu program at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu School & Clinic. Since graduating, I have continued to deepen my understanding of bodywork by studying John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR).  MFR forms the basis of the work I currently do. I am also greatly influenced by my study of CranioSacral Therapy, as well as my time as a yoga teacher.

Shiatsu is therapeutic bodywork from Japan based on principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with modern anatomy and physiology. It is beneficial for a wide range of internal and musculoskeletal conditions. Shiatsu therapy may be stimulating or calming, reduces stress and contributes to overall well being.

John Barnes Myofascial Release- Prolonged holds release tension in the connective tissue that interweaves all of the structures in the body (muscles, vessels, nerves, bones, even cells). These techniques shift postural imbalances that produce chronic pain in the body.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) - CST is a gentle, non-invasive hands on approach that is performed over clothing to help release deep held tensions in the soft tissues surrounding the central nervous system. CST activates the body's self healing mechanism creating freedom from dis-ease of the body and mind.
